what's a lock-out without swag and a theme song? nuthin!

this morning i was getting caught up on my cbc lock-out news and i came across this. an mtv europe style "mash-up" techno lock-out groove by dj flexible. listening to it is like watching someone fall down on tv and feeling embarrassed for them. you can download the new itunes and listen to it over and over as a podcast. if you'd like to help make my friend fatty famous print his design and support cbcunplugged.com. it is important that the cbc goes back on the air because i can't handle any more filler crap on the radio. this morning i listened to a piece on high school reunions. the "reporter" doing the piece walked around at her sisters reunion and (from the sound of it) did nothing but drink for free. she played one clip of some jerk saying that he didn't care about the crap usually associated with reunions. wow - that's really hard hitting journalism. way to get the scoop. the piece went on and on and ended with a sentiment of: well... you can go, or not go to your high school reunion. you might feel weird, but maybe not. this is jerky jerkerson reporting for the cbc. urgh
